Ingredients
- 3 full-sheet ONE ORGANIC nori
- 1 cup steamed rice (room temperature)
- 1 lb salmon filet cubed
- 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp mayo
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- Cut green onions (optional)
- Furikake seasoning (optional)
Directions
- Cut nori sheets with kitchen sheers into quarters and set aside.
- Mix cubed salmon with teriyaki sauce and mayo.
- Add rice vinegar and salt to rice and mix well.
- Place a small bite-sized scoop of rice onto the nori square and press down with a wet spoon into the muffin tin. Repeat to fill the tray.
- Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 10-12 minutes until salmon is just cooked.
- Plate and garnish with furikake seasoning and green onions.
