

Ingredients
- 1 full-sheet ONE ORGANIC nori
- 1 cup steamed rice (room temperature)
- 1/2 avocado sliced
- Plastic wrap
Spam Egg Filling
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices Spam
- Teriyaki sauce
Salmon Filling
- 2 pieces salmon sashimi
- 4 cucumber slices
Directions
- Brown Spam in a frying pan and set aside.
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl and cook in a frying pan on low heat in a thin layer.
- Cover a cutting board with a large sheet of plastic wrap and place a sheet of nori on top.
- Make a cut from the center of the nori sheet to the middle of one of the sides.
- On the bottom left quarter of the nori sheet, carefully spread a layer of rice.
- On the top left nori quarter, place the 2 slices of Spam and drizzle with teriyaki sauce.
- Layer the cooked egg on the top right nori quarter.
- Lastly arrange the avocado slices on the remaining quarter of nori.
- Fold the quarter with the rice onto the Spam. Then fold the two quarters to the right, onto the egg.
- Lastly, fold the entire sandwich down onto the bottom right quarter with the avocado.
- Tightly wrap the plastic around the sushi sandwich to maintain its shape.
- Cut the sushi sandwich in half.
*Note: Use the same process for the salmon filling.
