Thai Tea Matcha Latte

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup thai tea leaves
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tsp ONE ORGANIC matcha
  • 1/3 cup warm water
  • 1 cup milk
  • ice

Directions

  1. Add 1/4 cup thai tea leaves + 1/3 cup sugar + 1/2 cup water into a small pot and simmer for a couple minutes to make your single serving thai tea syrup
  2. Then prepare your matcha, sift 2 teaspoons of matcha powder + add 1/3 warm water and whisk until no more powder is present
  3. Using a 15oz glass, use a bunch of ice and add thai tea syrup, about a cup of milk and the matcha and you’re done!
