

Ingredients
- 2 tsp ONE ORGANIC matcha
- 1/3 cup hot water
- 4 oz oat milk
- 1/2 tsp agave syrup
Cold Foam
- 1 oz heavy whipping cream
- 2 tsp milk
- 2 tsp agave syrup
Directions
- Sift the matcha powder into a bowl and add half the water. Add in the agave syrup and whisk until well combined.
- Pour in the remaining water and whisk vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Raise the whisk to the surface of the foam and continue whisking in a gentle zigzag motion for an additional 10 seconds.
- Fill a glass with ice and add 4 oz milk.
- Pour the matcha mixture and stir until combined.
- To make the cold foam, measure out the heavy cream and 1 oz milk. Then add 1/2 tsp of agave syrup and use a hand-held frother to beat the ingredients until it’s thick and slightly runny.
- Pour the cold foam on top of the matcha.
- Dust the top with some matcha powder.
