Hojicha Latte
- 1 tsp ONE ORGANIC Hojicha powder
- 120ml milk of choice
Caramalized Banana Sauce
- 25g unsalted butter
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Caramelized Banana Cream Top
- 1 tbsp caramelized banana sauce
- 50ml heavy whipping cream
Directions
- Melt butter in pan and add in sliced banana.
- Cook on low heat for 3 minutes.
- Add brown sugar and let the mixture cook for another minute.
- Take of the heat and blend until smooth texture. Let it cool before use.
- Mix cream and banana sauce until smooth
