Hojicha Latte

Caramalized Banana Sauce

  • 25g unsalted butter
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar 

Caramelized Banana Cream Top

  • 1 tbsp caramelized banana sauce
  • 50ml heavy whipping cream

Directions

  1. Melt butter in pan and add in sliced banana.
  2. Cook on low heat for 3 minutes.
  3. Add brown sugar and let the mixture cook for another minute.
  4. Take of the heat and blend until smooth texture. Let it cool before use.
  5. Mix cream and banana sauce until smooth
