Makes 1 serving
Oolong Tea
- 3g ONE ORGANIC instant oolong tea powder
- 30g hot water
Guava Cream Top
- 1 tbsp guava jam
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tbsp milk of choice
Directions
- Whisk the oolong powder with hot water until smooth and fully dissolved. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk guava jam, cream cheese, heavy cream, and milk until smooth and slightly thickened.
- Add guava jam to the bottom of a glass, then fill the glass with ice and milk.
- Slowly pour the prepared oolong tea over the milk to create layers.
- Spoon the guava cream on top and serve
