Japanese Matcha Yogurt

  Prep Time: 5 minutes | Chill Time: 3+ hours or overnight        Makes 1 yogurt cup

  1. Scoop out the vanilla Greek yogurt into a bowl.
  2. Sift in ½ teaspoon of our organic matcha powder and mix until smooth.
  3. Insert the Biscoff cookies into the yogurt and break up any pieces that are too large.
  4. Chill the yogurt in the fridge for at least three hours, or overnight.
