Ingredients
- 120ml jasmine tea
- 50ml coconut milk
Matcha Cloud
- 1.5 tsp ONE ORGANIC matcha
- 1 tsp condensed milk
- 60ml whipping cream
- splash of milk
Directions
- Prepare jasmine tea and set aside.
- Sift the matcha into the cup and use a hand-held frother to whisk together milk, matcha, whipping cream, and condensed milk until it’s thick and slightly runny.
- Fill a glass with ice and add the coconut milk and jasmine tea.
- Pour the matcha foam on top of the coconut water. Sprinkle some pistachio for garnish.
