Jasmine Coconut latte with Pistachio Matcha Cloud

Ingredients

  • 120ml jasmine tea
  • 50ml coconut milk

Directions

  1. Prepare jasmine tea and set aside.
  2. Sift the matcha into the cup and use a hand-held frother to whisk together milk, matcha, whipping cream, and condensed milk until it’s thick and slightly runny.
  3. Fill a glass with ice and add the coconut milk and jasmine tea.
  4. Pour the matcha foam on top of the coconut water. Sprinkle some pistachio for garnish.
