Banana Matcha Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp ONE ORGANIC matcha
  • 3/4 of a banana sliced
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp of sugar
  • Ice

Directions

  1. Slice a whole banana. Reserve 2 slices for garnishing.
  2. Blend 10 banana slices into a measuring cup or blender with 1/2 cup of milk until smooth.
  3. Sift the matcha powder into a bowl and add hot water. Whisk it together in a zigzag motion until well combined.
  4. Fill 1/3 of the glass with ice.
  5. Pour in the banana milk mixture. Then top it off with matcha.
  6. Add the finishing touches by placing a couple of banana slices on top. (optional)
