Matcha Dot Cakee

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet cake
  • 3 tbsp heavy
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 2/3 cups heavy cream
  • A splash of vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together a matcha paste with heavy cream and matcha powder.
  3. Remove the frosting on a pre-made sheet cake.
  4. Use a small drinking glass and scoop out cake round from the sheet cake.
  5. Spread a layer of cream on top of each cake round and smooth out the top.
  6. In a plate, pour out the sprinkles and dip the surface of the cake until completely covered.
  7. Refrigerate for an hour and enjoy.
