Ingredients
- 1 sheet cake
- 3 tbsp heavy
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 2/3 cups heavy cream
- A splash of vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- In a small bowl, mix together a matcha paste with heavy cream and matcha powder.
- Remove the frosting on a pre-made sheet cake.
- Use a small drinking glass and scoop out cake round from the sheet cake.
- Spread a layer of cream on top of each cake round and smooth out the top.
- In a plate, pour out the sprinkles and dip the surface of the cake until completely covered.
- Refrigerate for an hour and enjoy.
