Hojicha Latte Ingredients
- 6g ONE ORGANIC Hojicha powder
- 70g hot water
- 115g oat milk
Kinako Cream Ingredients
- 50g heavy cream
- 10g kinako
- 10g agave
Directions
- Sift the hojicha powder into a bowl and add half the water. Whisk until the powder is dissolved.
- Pour in the remaining water and whisk vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Raise the whisk to the surface of the foam and continue whisking in a gentle zigzag motion for an additional 10 seconds.
- Measure the milk into a cup and add honey or sweeten to taste. Mix well.
- Fill a glass with ice and add the milk. Pour the hojicha over and stir.
- Whisk together heavy cream, kinako, and agave. Top it off with the cream and serve.
