Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 3 tsp of sugar
- 1/2 tsp jasmine instant tea powder
- 6 oz hot water
- 2 tsp agave (or to taste)
Directions
- Slice the apple into quarters and remove the core.
- Using a mandolin, thinly slice two halves of the apple.
- Place the slices in an airtight container and sprinkle sugar over each layer. Repeat with remaining slices.
- Refrigerate the apple slices for 3 hours until they become pliable.
- Arrange 13–14 slices diagonally, slightly overlapping, and gently roll them into a rose shape.
- To prepare the tea, stir the jasmine tea powder into hot water until fully dissolved.
- Add agave and sweeten to taste.
- Carefully place the apple rose into a teacup and pour the hot tea over it.
