Jasmine Milk Tea (Molly Tea Dupe)

Ingredients

  • 3g ONE ORGANIC instant jasmine tea powder
  • 30g water
  • 15g sweetener of choice (or more if you want it sweeter)
  • 200g milk of choice (or more if you want it milkier)
  • 3 Jasmine Tea Bags (to infused overnight in the milk)

Directions

  1. Create the jasmine “shot” in a small bowl or cup, combine the 3g Jasmine Tea Powder and 15g sweetener.
  2. Whisk to dissolve pour in the 30g warm water.
    • Using a bamboo whisk or a small electric frother, whisk vigorously until the powder is fully dissolved and a light foam forms on top. This is your concentrated jasmine base.
  3. Prepare the cold brew jasmine infused milk
    • You need to do this step the night before to and put 3 jasmine tea bags into your milk carton.
    • NOTE: If you cannot do this step then I would just add an extra gram of jasmine tea powder and an extra 10g of water.
    • For Iced: Add ice to your serving glass and pour in the 200g Cold Milk.
    • For Hot: Steam or heat your milk until warm and frothy, then pour into your mug.
  4. Assemble pour the jasmine shot over the milk.
  5. Stir well before drinking to combine the strong jasmine concentrate with the creamy milk. Enjoy!
