Creme De Menthe Matcha Latte

  Prep Time: 5-10 mins        Makes 1 serving


Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Frosted mint syrup (simple syrup + peppermint extract & vanilla bean paste) 
  • 1 tbsp Sweetened condensed milk 
  • 1 tsp Vanilla bean paste 
  • 8oz Milk of choice 
  • Ice
  • 1-2 tsp ONE ORGANIC Matcha matcha mixed in roughly 3 oz of hot water 
  • Cold foam (1/4 cup heavy cream with 1 tsp vanilla bean paste) 
  • Crushed Peppermint

Directions

  1. In your favorite cup or jar, whisk together the frosted mint syrup, condensed milk, and vanilla paste.
  2. Add in milk and fill cup or jar with ice.
  3. Whisk the matcha powder and pour over ice.
  4. Cover the cup or jar with a lid and gently swizzle the drink.
  5. To make the cold foam, froth the heavy cream and vanilla bean then open pour over the drink.
  6. Finish with crushed peppermint and enjoy!
