Kinako Cream Matcha Latte

Matcha Latte Ingredients

Kinako Cream Top

  • 60g heavy whipping cream
  • 5g kinako powder 
  • 7g agave 

Directions

  1. Add the heavy whipping cream, kinako powder, and agave into a cup 
  2. Use an electric mixer or whisk to mix it all together to a smooth and creamy texture 
  3. For the matcha, sift 4g of matcha through a sieve 
  4. Add 40g of water (175 degrees Fahrenheit) and whisk until smooth 
  5. In a glass cup with ice, add the milk, matcha, and kinako cream top and enjoy!
