

Ingredients
- 2 tsp ONE ORGANIC Hojicha
- 7 oz milk
- 1/3 cup hot water
- 1/2 agave
Strawberry Foam
- 2 oz heavy cream
- 2 tsp strawberry syrup
- 1 oz milk
Directions
- Sift the hojicha powder into a bowl and add half the water. Add in the agave syrup and whisk until well combined.
- Pour in the remaining water and whisk vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Raise the whisk to the surface of the foam and continue whisking in a gentle zigzag motion for an additional 10 seconds.
- Fill a glass with ice and add 6 oz milk.
- Pour the hojicha mixture and stir until combined.
- To make the strawberry foam, measure out the heavy cream, 1 oz milk, and strawberry syrup. Then use a hand-held frother to beat the ingredients until it’s thick and slightly runny.
- Pour the cold foam on top of the hojicha.
